Kinda hard to tell what comes first, it’s a chicken or the egg thing.
The term adrenal fatigue pretty much means you have no energy anytime.
The term adrenal fatigue was pretty common, but it seems like after reading other people’s adrenal issues here for many years, a lot of peoples cortisol rhythm is basically backwards from lyme.
Mine was per the four-point saliva cortisol test. It was high at night then low in the morning. That is part of what causes lyme insomnia too. It mostly correctly shifted itself along with lyme treatment. Now when stressed it can be higher than what I like in the morning but that has improved also.
This is by no means everyone’s problem just one of the ways this happens.
I did not watch the video I’m just adding my bit of understanding of all these three things can be related in Some people: body stress, cortisol, blood sugar and in some cases blood pressure.

I have proof that when my cortisol is elevated, my blood glucose goes high, And slightly higher blood pressure as well.
I take a blood pressure medication as needed that works differently than modern blood pressure medication’s in that it lowers cortisol release, Which in turn lowers blood pressure, and in my case lowers blood glucose too. Glucose is stored in the liver the trigger that releases it is cortisol levels.
My LLMD was the one to have me start this, because he knew it did three things at one time. Propranolol. Holy basil basically does the same thing, (for some people) in my case it does.
After lyme, I only take 1/3 The dose of Propranerolo used to. I could take more but it makes me tired.
