what does your LLMD hope to learn from further bartonella testing at galaxy? -
and
how do they believe will that change your treatment decisions?

i ask because - while we can all continue to test -
its important to understand how actions would change based on test results
for instance, how would another positive bartonella test result from galaxy change your treatment ?

if the answer is it would not - then you might want to consider if its worth the costs (which are high in the case of galaxy )
so galaxy is most often used by people who have tested negative before - but feel they are likely positive and so need to pay for better tests

in your case - you already have a positive test - which is normally enough to proceed to treatment

Do you have a copy of the Igenex test results? What does it actually show? Was every single Western Blot band negative for both IgM and IgG? If any bands were positive, that means something. You can post your results here.

yes, in general, i recommend the Buhner approach
-its affordable
-it can be self administered safely
-it can be used alongside other treatments

it has helped a lot of people - but of course doesn't work for everyone ( unfortunately, so far, nothing does )

the species or strain of bartonella a person has does not typically change the treatment approach - which is why i wondered about testing via galaxy

WBF also raises a fair point - perhaps post up the full results when you have them and i think you will get further input from members here
