I used Mimosa pudica for an extended period and then sporadically following that. When I began, I started with 1 capsule 1x day and worked up to 2 capsules 2x day. After months, I just kept feeling worse until psych symptoms flared and I stopped to take a break.
I thought I only needed to stop a few days, but it was actually 6-8 weeks I think before I could start back. When I started back, I decided to take it in the mornings only, and that worked much better for me. It eliminated the slight morning nausea and morning doom/gloom feelings I got. When I made this change, I was able to increase to 3 and then 4 capsules in the morning. Once I stopped daily use, I did this method but would do 2-3 days and then break. Usually, if I did 3 days straight, I would be really sick the day after the 3rd dose.
I recall a time when I was taking Mimosa pudica, and it felt like something was being ripped off the walls of my intestines. I had massive ropeworms coming out almost daily for many months.
I can’t remember the timing of everything now, but I am pretty sure I posted about
it here. It’s in the archives somewhere.
In more recent years, I have used Alinia, Ivermectin, and Fenbendazole without too much trouble. I did experience die off and skin reactions when I first started Fluconazole and then added Nystatin.
I had mold, ropeworm, Lyme, ehrlichia, and bartonella. Never been sure about
babesia, but I could have that, too.
