Popcorn smell is often butyrate, but a lot of things can cause this, and I don't associate it with anything specific.
The buttery smell, like movie theater popcorn, is diacetyl or acetoin. This is a byproduct of glycolysis, and in my experience is usually associated with borrelia. I get this smell when I herx.
The asparagus smell is methanethiol or dimethylsulfide. I usually associate this with bartonella, assuming I haven't eaten asparagus. It likely derives from bartonella's catabolism of the sulfur-containing amino acid cysteine.
I get a greasy smell when I have low carnitine. This occurs because carnitine is needed for fat metabolism, so without enough carnitine, the lipids accumulate and it starts to smell. Sometimes it smells a bit like fried chicken. I'm not sure if that's what you're smelling, but maybe try taking carnitine supplements. Vitamin C and B6 are needed to produce carnitine, so maybe check if those are low too.
Tuna fish also makes my pee smell.
