I would also like to know because I'm keen to start cerebrolysin and I'm taking LDN
I had a similar experience as Garzie where it took my body a long time to be able to tolerate a full dose of 4.5mg, maybe a year at least. I started off at a very low dose and increase it every few months.
Headaches is one of the most common side effects people experience with LDN. Here in the UK they tell you that when it's prescribed. When I tried it a few years back, the headaches were too strong I had to stop LDN altogether. But this time around I can put up with them and they usually subside around 2 weeks after I've increased the dose, as if my body is getting 'used to it'.
yep - that's very close to my experience
only difference being i dosed LDN in liquid form - home made solution dosed with a small graduated syringe - so i could increase dose by really small amounts ( eg 0.01mg each 2-3 days ) to keep edging up the dose over time - with minimal unwanted side effects.
i would recommend this approach for anyone wanting to tray it as you can adjust to your needs on the go - rather than in whatever steps the compounding pharmacy/prescript
ion issues - this is critical with LDN as everyone responds differently / needs to ramp up differently
