Greetings,
Since roughly 4 days ago i've had a constant, dull headache that has been worrying me a bit, paracetemol does not affect it at all and it is always there, it's just like I said - dull. Is this at all natural sometimes?
Lifestyle around the time:
I had been drinking a LOT of red bull and lucozade the previous weeks, 6 in an evening easily, since it's the holidays I had been trying to make the most of it and staying up very late (3-4 AM) and waking up at around 10 AM. It started about
a day after I stopped drinking them. I thought it was tiredness at first so I got a couple of early nights and alot of sleep and it was still there, i've tried drinking lots of water and stuff but its not budging.
I'd prefer not to have to go to the doctors unless really necessary

Well I would suggest 1st that you lay off the caffine, that will just make it worse. Lots of water and advil lol my best advice and NO MORE RED BULL lol

Time to see a dr, I have cut caffine out of my diet and I still get headaches. I haven't been sleeping well either and no sleep causes more headaches just what we need right lol. I hope you find some relief soon!!
