I sorry you hurt so bad. I truely feel your pain. I have been a hadache/ migraine suffer since childhood. In 96 I was in a car accident and I have existed every minute of every day since with head pain.
The headaches can be from many different problems. Dehydration, eye issues, ( overhead lighting at work) jaw clenching, tooth infections, constant loud noises, bulging cervical disc's, allergies( enviromental even at work and food), poor posture, stiff shoulder muscles, stomach sleeping, sleep apnea, breathing problems due to a broken nose or inflammed nose tissue, poor diet, menstrual hormon imbalance, thyroid and adrenal problems, loss of the natural spinal curves, muscle guarding to compensate for weak or torn muscles.
Traumas, whiplash, concussions from a fall, hitting your head in the shower, on a door somewhere or even playing sports. Also there has been a heart issue that causes problems. There is a change that takes place in our hearts at birth and if this change isn't complete it can cause headaches. An ultrasound of your heart would find this problem.
Then there is the stress of having to deal with someone that you just can't stand but you can't say anything about or doing a job you just can't stand but you just can't leave. Unexpressed emotions will accumilate into physical problems.
For the ear ringing look up info on tinnitis. I have a high pitched drill sound in my ears every minute of every night and day and have done so since 1982. My father also has hearing problems. And yes some days I feel like I am loosing my mind.
The more serious proplems are issues inside the brain. Tumors, cancers, schwanomas. Infections in the spinal fluid, spinal fluid leaks, lesions (MS related) brain swelling, and parasites. You can have a nasty toxin build up from your food or a liver and kidney issue happening.
Look up migraines and the national migraine foundation. There are neurologists that specalize in migraines and there are many different meds on the market. I have been to 6 neurologists, 2 anthesiologists (for nerve blocks) 7 massage therapists, 8 chiropractors with different techniques, acupuncture, physical therapy 6 separate times. 3 Dentists, 4 allergists, 3 ear nose and throat, 2 endocronology (hormon imbalance doctors) and 3 naturopath doctors. I have spent over 40K out of my own pocket and that does not include what the insurance company has paid. and yes the pain gets sooooooooo bad sometime that I want to check out.
headaches/migraines are durty little buggers that no one has a diffinative answer for. good luck with your docs
