Pressure Behind the Eye

Does anyone know if the intense pressure behind the eye that is the precursor/symptom of a migraine is related to the occipital nerve and shoulder/neck tension?

I do but all this is new to me, this is my major precursor to some severe pain coming my way.....I just didn't know it was a vascular or migraine until recently. I hope you get some answers but I don't have them just wanted you to know that you are not alone.

Thank you. Don't beat yourself up about your mother. I have had suicidal tendencies since age 13, and the only thing that keeps me going is my daughter. Your mom was sad beyond belief, and probably tired of just drudging her way thru life on this planet---I know that's how I often feel. To say "Don't take it personally" is cruel,so i won't---how could you not??? but you need not blame yourself for a decision she made. I hope you're getting counseling. I'm here if you need to vent your feelings, and I will pray for you.

Oh Jen you've had so much to endure dear, and no it's nothing you could have done. I'm getting ready to go to church this morning, I will remember you in my prayers. Life is hard, but God is good. I've never been through anything like you, but I've had alot of health issues. I went through brain surgery several years ago, had a crainoplasty surgery to repair my skull this year, then had back surgery last summer, though it doesn't even compare to your pain I do understand the everyday struggles we have to overcome.
