been sick for over a month now =[

hi all. im just a bit worried, ive been sick for almost 6 weeks now. I went to the doctors with my old symptoms (headaches, cough, runny nose, hallucinations, realllllly sore back, lack of energy (collapsed getting out of bed), vomiting but NO sore throat). Doctor thought i might have been in contact with someone who had swine flu but decided it wasnt that. I finished the meds he gave me after 5 days and went back to a different doctor with the same symptoms. This doctor gave me different meds and a repeat on the script as i was going to bali with my friends for 10 days. As the plane was landing in bali my head was in soooo much pain. It felt as though behind my right eye there were needles and what i think felt like blood vessels popping or something. My friend said my eye was bloodshot for about 10 minutes but cleared up quickly after we landed. After 2 days in bali i think i contracted bali belly.. had diahorrea for the rest of the trip and headaches every day. Now im back in australia and my headaches are still constant. Every day for the last 5 days ive had a strong pain above both my eyes, it feels as though its just under the skin under my eyebrow and hurts when i touch my forehead. Also still coughing, blocked nose and diahorrea (these symptoms i can deal with) i just want the headache to go away =[. cant get to a doctor till wednesday so would really like someones opinion on what might be wrong.

Don't mean to be paranoid (although nothing would surprise me in my state ...) but have you been checked for parasites?
