I have had
constant head pressure for the last 6+ years. It could also be described as tightness, but it feels more like pressure to me. In the last 3 years it has become unbearable and is controlling my life, notably by preventing me from concentrating (intense brain fog), ruining the quality of life (I just don't enjoy things anymore), reducing the quality and quantity of sleep, and needless to say being there 24/7 as a major, major nuisance.
Soon I'm going to make an appointment with a neurologist to see if they can come up with anything, as I haven't been able to do anything for it until now--I *just* got health insurance. I've heard of inflamed blood vessels being a cause of head pressure, don't know if it's my cause as well, but it very well could be. I'm 29 now and this thing is interfering with functionality so much my life is essentially on hold. If you have any ideas or updates, please respond here.
