I also find some relief from cold packs, especially around the base of my neck. And for the nausea, if it is not so bad that I can't stomach anything, ginger root tea, or strawberries, or anything peppermint will often provide some relief without leaving that drug induced haze that so often comes with pharmasutical options (not that I don't use those as well when the time is right).
