migraines, unbalanced, feeling of being drunk

hi everybody,

my fiance has all the above symptons. i'm very worried. been to nurologist, pcp , got c scan and mri and cant find anything wrong.

extremely worried. ruled out verdigo. help please. any advice on what can be looked at that hasnt been looked at. scared

feeling unbalanced and drunk can be part of a migraine - sometimes the aura symptoms can be pretty scary. Is there pain also? A history of migraine? Is that what the doc suspects? How long do the symptoms last? Sorry - with migraines there are always more questions than answers! Migraine is a rule out diagnosis after all tests are done and nothing shows up - have they talked about doing an MRA to make sure there are no circulatory issues going on his brain? Also any cardiac work-up? Keep us posted!
