Im a big believer in drinking lots of good flitted water as 98% of us are dehydrated. (as a rule and depending where you live a man needs about 3 Lts a day Women need 2.2Lts a day this all depends on what fruit you are eating)Being 16 maybe you don't need that much water Im not sure some thing you would need to find out. Food can play apart with migraines to so google it. Also if you are dehydrated therapy will not work it may work some but it works better when you are rehydrated,
