Advice - Numbness - Sharp Pain

Hi All,

I am new to these particular forums hopefully I am posting for advice in the correct sections.

over the past while, I have been suffering from sharp pains to the right hand side of head. I would sort of explain this as the position where the side of the head meets the top of the head (if that makes sense), exercising my jaw can sometimes help relief this pain, I assume this is because wherever the pain is. its getting some slight movement and is removing the pressure from the area.

These pains come and go, they do not feel like a regular headache and I have never asked for medical advice from a professional regarding this. I hate to fuss (know that can be a bad thing at times)

2 other things which I get from time to time which I am unsure if its related but I get a pain on the same side (right) down in my neck just below the ear around the area where you would feel for a pulse and when that pain happens the pulse feels very strong there.

the last thing I want to ask about is numbness or like pins and needles type feeling across my forehead. I get this every couple of weeks, it feels as if I have been injected by a dentist but in my forehead (haha, no laughing matter i suppose) really strange sensation.

Can anyone give advice regarding the above or know of anyone who has had similar symptoms either local to them or on these boards, and have a position diagnoses.
