I'm at my wits end with this...

I've had this absolute annoying headache everyday for the past 9 months. I think that it would be one thing that it was a headache that was dimmed down by excedrine or the like...but it isnt. Nothing works unless I go in to get a shot. I work 32-40 hours a week so I do not have time to get shots and even then I'm afraid my doctors are going to think I'm just after pain meds. ...I suppose in a way I am because the pain needs to stop.
The daily pains (usually running 7-8 on the pain scale) and when I hit the peak of pain once or twice a week, it's off the scale.
After 6 months if continous pain, my doctor finally ordered an mri. Everything came back normal except for signs of sinusitis. He put me on antibiotics, the same kind u had been on twice while the headaches were happening for different infections...so it was no surprise to me that they didnt work. It was day 6 of the antibiotics when I had hit another peak so I called in to see if there was a shot I could get...my primary wasnt in so I had to see a different doctor. He told me I probably didnt have sinusitis and he hoped that the antibiotics did work but told me not to hold my breath. Said people with bad migraines show abnormal mris like that and he also wouldn't give me anything for my pain and told me to order a book about healing my headaches....
I've gotten pretty good at functioning with my headaches but when it peaks, I have to be around people to distract myself to keep from just curling into a ball and waiting for death to come (dramatic, maybe but thats how it feels).
My primary gave me a referral for a nero back in may, appt with a nurse practioner on the 31st of July...would have had to wait until the end of october for an actual physician. Primary also will only give me anti seizure meds...that dont help and ive noticed with each new one I get worse. With this one (tegretol) my hands shake worse, my nausea is always persistent now, pee a lot, horrible lower leg pain and knee pain and not to mention the horrible pressure in my head, like it feels like I have too much blood in my head that just needs to be let out, I've already had two nose bleeds...yeah this is all lots of fun.
My point to saying all of this and I'm sorry it's so much to read, but what could be wrong that is causing daily headaches and horrible peaks in pain? I'm hoping and praying that the nero will be the trick.
The pain....it's like there's someone in my head with knives, pushing and stabbing with them like their trying to get out. It's unreal. Much more than a 21 year old needs especially with all of the med bills because I need to work to pay them off but can't work when the pain peaks....
So is it sinusitis that's causing all of this? Are the anti seizure meds worthless? My doc won't give me triptans because the headache is all day long, everyday... we're even ruling out stress. Second month of seeing a therapist for stress management.
Any ideas to try? Anything at all or nfo about migraines is greatly appreciated!!
