I've never had a headache until about a month ago when I woke at 2 in the morning with complete head pain/pressure, the worst pressure being in my temples. I had tingling in my arms so severe that it felt like they were on fire. I also had a brain fog, which I had had a couple times before, but not with any other symptoms. The strangest thing that happened was (and my neurologist and psychiatrist had never heard of this) I became severely depressed. I suffered from clinical depression years ago so I know what it feels like. It lasted about four hours and I haven't had one since. What I'm having now, for about two months, is a strong pressure directly in the top/center of my head. I also have pressure in the sides and back of my head. I can't identify this pressure as a headache because I've only had the one that I would definitely say was a true headache. Is the pressure also considered to be a headache? If so, I have one almost all day, every day. I'm new here so I'm checking everybody's headache symptoms. I am at a loss. Could this be something else?
