Headaches for 3 years

Basically I'm 19 and I've been getting migraines constant for 3 years now the pain is mostly around my right eye. They mostly occur when I wake up in the mornings and last for about 15-40 minutes and leave painful sensations when they are gone. I try paracetamol but this makes me nauseous throughout the day so i tend not to take them and just relax in the dark with a cold cloth on my face. Lately I've been getting headaches that make me dizzy and disorientated also I had tingly arms and face. I just don't have time to visit my doctor either I did have an eye test and they told me my eyesight is fine so I don't know what is causing the headaches could it be stress or anxiety?

Whenever I've been they just proscribe me headache and pain relief tablets but it was only the past few days when the dizzy headaches started mostly at night and last night is when the tingles started I just wanted a second opinion before I visited the doctor.
