Amarjan, your condition sounds exactly like my son's. He has had constant head pressure for 15 months and has been to every specialist you can name. I was surprised that sleep deprivation helps you; my son needs lots of sleep to feel better, however, the "brain fog," constant head pressure and lightheadness have put his life on hold since he got hurt. He took a hard fall after his long board stopped on a dime; he was only treated for a concussion and no other part of his body was checked. Ultimately, I found Dr. Scott Rosa in NY (Google Jim McMahon, former Qb) whose constant brain fog went away after Dr. Rosa (Atlas Orthogonal Dr) performed a seated MRI cerebral spinal flow study (he developed) and found that that McMahon's C-1 (Atlas) and C-2 were knocked out of alignment pinching blood supply and CSF was stopped up in his head. Same thing with my son; his spinal flow was 20%; after his Atlas crx it went to 80%, BUT, his atlas realignment would not hold. We are now seeing a highly skilled PT -- Dr. Tracey Adler in Richmond, VA who uses dry needling and then he sees another PT 2x a week. Apparently, my son's entire body suffered a whiplash and until his body heals and gets realigned properly he will not hold an Atlas alignment. Good luck to you and God Bless. My heart breaks for my son and anyone suffering from this debilitating health crisis.
