I was diagnosed with ocular migraines 2 years ago. I get bright fluorescent lights in eyes lasting upwards of 30 minutes. On the down side of the 30 minutes, I become shaky and sweaty and my whole body feels horrible. Hard to describe the "horrible" though. I feel I could pass out but feel I need to eat something, though I don't feel hungry. Often times, eating alleviates the shakiness but I'm still sweaty. I take meds: synthyroid, celexia and previcid or for hypothyroidism, anxiety and gerd. I take a hand full of over the counter meds: calcium, mult vitamin, D3, super B complex, vit B12, 81mg ASA, zinc and vit C.
I don't know if these symptoms are a related to my head since I get a whole body sensation. I can't even describe how I feel to anyone. It's weak, dizzy, confused, anxiety, almost like an anxiety/panic attack feeling. I have had panic attacks years ago but I feel they are controlled now. I am extremely stressed with my job so I guess the horrible feel could be anxiety but only happens in association with the ocular migraine. Maybe, my body is relieving all the built up stress. I'm at a loss. I need help understanding what I am experiencing.
