For years, I have been told I have silent migraines. White matter lesions.....headaches, but not too bad. I do get really nauseous and lightheaded. Do Silent migraines really exist?

I suggest if you have not already, have those lesions completely checked, they occur with MS and Lyme D.

Thanks. Still seeing neuro. He thinks it is not MS.....thinks I have an autoimmune disease. No answers yet.
