auras

I doubt anyone is going through this but it is driving me crazy.  I've had migranes since I was about 16 thank God I rarely get them anymore (I'm not 31) but when I do they are VERY severe.  I get a long aura and have trouble seeing, get the zig zag lines, blind spots, the whole deal.  I also vomit and one side of my body goes completely numb one time I even slurred my speech. These last for about 12 hrs and the only thing that has worked so far has been a shot of Demerol at the hospital.  I've tried Midrin and Imitrex to no avail.  My problem is this:  Everyday all day I feel like I'm having migrane aura it's like I can see everything fine but it's like I'm in a trance or something all day everyday.  I can't figure it out, and it's causing me depression.  Sometimes it gets worse and I fear that a migrane is about to take place but it doesn't happen thank God!  When I stress the "aura" is worse, I can't figure it out.  Has anyone had anything like this?  What is wrong here?
