Based on the clinical studies with vitamin b2 on migraines and articles on the possible role of mitochondrial dysfunction on the pathogenesis of migraines, I am planning to take riboflavin 400 mg/day as a prophylactic agent for chronic migraine.
My question to those who take this: Do you take the 400 mg at once, or do you divide the dose? I am planning to take all at once.
Another question: Would a lesser amount work equally well?
Thanks.
