Just on the quick note about
prevention. Getting those neck, and shoulder muscles to be relaxed and head position held up straight, can be very successful prevention. You can stretch your back like you do it in the morning, very nice is to hang for a 30s or so with your hands maybe held to the top of the door frame. You can also bend your shoulders backwards as if you would want to hold the basketball with your shoulder blades, squeeze your fists and belly, and hold your breath for some 30-45sec. 3-5 times
I have number of friends that are able to avoid migraine 80% of the time, doing just one of those things, as long as the catch timing (few min) before real headache, when it's really just gently, but when you had many migraines before, you exactly know where it is going. But you probably know yourself, don't do any of those when headache as started already.
Good Luck
Denis
