migraine without headache is that possible

A friend of mine  has been having seizure like episodes for about 8 months.  Six weeks ago they stopped but have returned but not in full force.  When they occur her heart races and then she has slowed speech and movement for about 20 minutes.

Today the  doctors told her they were due to migraines.  She does not get the "typical" migraine that normally you hear about......terrible head pain, sensitivity to light, naseau.  He said you can get migraines without the pain and the symptoms......seizure like (at one point her whole body would shake uncontrollably) slowed speech, unable to walk, heart palpitations.

Has anyone here experienced anything like this or no where we can find out more information?

Thanks vicky. I was amazed to find so much information once I got the correct name for her type of headache. They call it the silent migraine, or sans migraine. Whodda thunk it. She isn't typically a stress out kind of person and the information also revealed it could be a number of factors that contribute to migraines.
