Thanks for your posts and encouragement. Everyone I know with migraines had them get worse with time. That's why I'm feeling a little scared about the future. I never had problems sleeping before this year either, so I'm sure its linked. I guess I should talk to my doctor. My husband wants me to. Of course, he's usually the one with the sleep disorder; I've been trying to get him to a sleep clinic for years! We should take our own and each other's advice!
I'm just afraid my doctor will dish out a prescription which may help but may have side effects. I am still of childbearing age and for religious and personal reasons, I will remain open to the possibility of becoming pregnant. I don't want to possibly harm a baby or have side effects when I do not get them ALL the time, and I can manage to function through them.
I hope you get some answers and releif soon Ann.
One friend of mine doesn't get them anymore now that she is menopausal and takes high blood pressure med and I heard of someone on the board having the same thing, but I'm only 34 with low bp, so it'll probably be 20 years before I get to try that out.
I think I will talk to my doctor. If anyone else has advice or similar symptoms, please post.
