Does anyone out there get help or prevent migraines by any herbal supplements? i would much rather do something natural than take prescript
ions!

feverfew, b 2 and magnesium. Some say butterbur also but i never tried it. these herbs aren't working on me yet but maybe ten percent but it takes awhile on them.

I started feverfew and B today- as well as ginkgo biloba. I have heard of butterbur, but can't find it anywhere.
