Hi folks
I was wondering if anyone could suggest some kind of relife from this god annoying pain!
Last week, I came down with a cold from hell (No girls, not man flu! ). I had a fever, headaches, and so on.
I then developed a nasty cought and my chest felt awful... as if I had been smoking a thousand cigarettes! (I dont smoke btw).
This all went on until about thursday when I started to feel better but I have developed what I am sure is a sinus proplem.
The mail pain is concentrated just above my left cheekbone.
The area is very tender (Like a bruise) and when I clench my teeth, a dull ache spreads throughout the upper jaw on the left.
And even feeld as if I have a mild tootheache on that Jaw.
If I sniff, if feels like a pencil has been shoved up my left nostril (I do apologise but I cant think of any other simmily).
I also get a pain in the left eye like that of a brain freeze.... like when one eats an ice lolly too fast.
And this is leading to a headache on the left side of the head occasionally.
All this seems to have stemmed from the cold/flu I had last week and am sure it is a sinus related problem. The profile really does seem to fit that of "Maxillary sinus" problems.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks in advance and I apologise for going on.
But it is being a sod to get over.
