Advice please...

I'm new here. I've got 4 years of migraines under my belt so to speak. I've been doing some reasearch lately because I'm really starting to get fed up with them. I take Imigran which is our local form of Imitrex I believe. Made from the same company. gsk. I'm kind of concerned about any long time effects but I don't know anyone who takes this medicine. I've been unable to find my trigger after all this time and this week i've pretty much made up my mind that my trigger is stress, plain and simple. I've got quite a hectic life and I'm constantly stressed out. Also, I'm concerned because so far this year i've had over 30 migraines. Is this normal? I've read it is and I've read somewhere that 2 per month is already considered frequent. I always seem to find contradicting information. So I figured I'd ask on this forum as I'm sure I can get some help from my fellow sufferers. Thanks in advance.
