24/7 head pressure

I have had this pressure in my head since the middle of October..there is not much pain with it,,,i do get tingling and numbness with it and some dull pain, anyway Im going to see my doctor AGAIN for like the 12th time..so I wanted to give her Ideas on what it could be...so if anyone could give me ideas I would really appreciate it...the head aches are constant 24/7, I was in a rollerblading accident in June not sure if that has anything to do with this, there is a little pain in my eyes, my body does twitch a little....I had an MRI/MRA done in september..i had a ct scan done about two weeks ago everything turned out fine. I saw a neurologist and he wants me to take b-12 injections because despite the fact that I am taking parental vitamins and the b 12 vitamin my body still didn't produce enough b 12, not sure if that could have anything to do with my headaches...also there was a time i went through a pretty rough patch in my life and I was pretty depressed, But i feel so much better now as far as anxiety and depression go.. my sinuses have also been check, Im 27 and have never felt like this before....so I am telling you everything about me...can anyone give any suggestions?  Im not on any medication all the doctors want to do is ive me narcotics, But im not in much pain, just the pressure, its driving me crazy

this sounds like what I had and hopefully it is gone so far it has been for about a week. Have you tried taking a hot bath? does it dull it a bit? What happened with me is, I had a pinched nerve on the back of my neck (the atlas joint my chiropractor said) The symptoms it causes are headaches, dizziness, vertigo, insomnia, chronic tiredness (i didnt have vertigo hard to say insomnia because I was sleeping a lot)and what I had in addition were 3 things either a tingling / number, a burning sensation and pressure and it was 24/7 it would even wake me up while I was sleeping. On the upper part of your neck feel around for muscle that may feel hard and press it and see if it gets worse. i have also started sleeping on my back now so check how you are sleeping. Try this out and let me know how it goes

I have always felt likem the muscles near my occipital area were tense/ inflammed. It feels so weird and uncomfortable. Not painful just like a dull ache and it spreads to the top of my head and sides of head and back of jaw the longer i stay up right. I have tried massaging the back of my head and my neck gets loser but the pressure gets worse. So weird. I was diagnosed with a csf leak but if and when I am able to rule that out i will prob go to a chiro for a second round of adjustments. I dont have much anxiety anymore because I know exactly where the pain is coming from and I know it wont kill me just intense pressure which bugs the hell out of me. I also have weird sounds coming from my neck when I take a deep breath like a squirting and craking sound. My ears also get full throughout th day but I am convinced this is all coming from the back of my head. I am convinced there is something wrong their.

I've had a lump on the upper-top-left side of my neck, I suspect this might play a role in the constant pressure and other issues I have.  Any idea of what this might be..?
