Has anyone taken this drug with success? The potential side effects scare me, so I haven't tried it yet. What has your experience been with this med? Thanks!

I take this medication for nausea actually, and have had no problems whatsoever. I agree that there are potential side effects that could be worrisome, but honestly, that comes with all medications. Do your research and just keep on eye on yourself, contact your doc right away if something doesn't seem right. But don't be scared of trying something, it might just be enough to make you feel better! That's my advice anyways. Good luck!

I have this for the nausea that comes complimentary with my migraines. I do not have any negative side effects at all.

I had a relatively rare reaction to Compazine while pregnant - it was called a dyskinetic reaction. I felt completely agitated and couldn't stop moving my body. But I could tell after one dose, and as I said, it's pretty rare. Others have had good success with it.
Totally unrelated - Holly, I recognize you from BBC (from your great kids' names of course). I used to frequent the BH board now but mostly lurk. I was unaware of your medical issues as well. I hope things are going well for you.
