This weird feeling in my head is really really bothering me--it sometimes goes down my neck and back, sometimes knees. It's sort of like a tickle, like you want to reach inside your head and itch it or do something to it to make it stop, which is impossible unless you kill yourself.
I really don't think it's anxiety. I'm certainly getting anxiety FROM it tho. But seems like no one believes me. It's hard to do anything with this. The only escape is sleep or death. I really can't stand it. It's very hard to explain. I feel so helpless b/c I don't know what it is. My Prozac was upped. I see no change.
I've seen a neurologist and got a regular MRI of my neck and head, both were fine (except in my neck, I had a protruding disc or something, I think they said on C7--not sure tho). I had a CT contrast of my neck a while back which showed a lump on my lymph node, both of which they said weren't a problem.
I have allergies to outside things and cats, some foods. I'm taking Zyrtec and Singulair for my head (which also feels full, as do my ears, and I get a lot of ringing and tinnitus; I'm told my nose always looks stuffed).
But the tickly weird feeling is really bothering me. I can't stand it. Has anyone else had this?
I put a similar post in anxiety forum b/c I'm not sure what's causing this, tho I really don't' think it's anxiety b/c I'm not anxious. And I do get weird symptoms b/c of anxiety--and this isn't one of them.
