7 year Headache

I am sorry I was in a rut last night just tired of feeling this way and feeling lost and helpless. Thanks for the new tips but saddly I have tried those as well lol I am starting to forget what all I have tried. I know I must be strong and thank you for knowing the moments of weakness. I know that there is an answer its just finding someone willing to help and stay on it.....will continue to try am just frustrated.........

I'm sorry to hear that you have had this for so long. I also had terrible headaches and migraines for 6 yrs but have recently overcome them. Yehhh! I was getting them every 2 weeks and they would last for 3-5 days each time.

I came across a site called

and when I tried what they suggested it worked. I have been migraine free now for 4 months. I still cannot believe they have stopped. They say they can help 85% of women with migraine.

I hope this helps you  as I know how debilitating it can be. It gets you sooooo down. I had a bad back as well before the migraines started, so at least I've stopped half of my pain.

I have also like you suffered a continous headache for 8 years now(varying severity) since i was 17 years old. The type of headache has changed over the years but nevertheless non-relenting over this period and can't express enough how awful its been (i'm sure many of you can relate).  I have had many diagnoses (including tmj syndrome, myofacial pain, chronic migraine and  new daily persistent headaches) without any structural problems. I won't go into the details of the treatments iv done as most had insignificant (short term relief only) or no effect. I also realised in my case that there was no quick fix i was hoping for. I started cognitive therapy maybe a year ago which helped to an extent (especially psychologically). I also read a pain free for life which changed my way of thinking about whats causing the pain...this lead me to going for classes that teach intense meditation/breathing excercise (sudarshan kriyas) . I have been doing the kriyas for 5 months now and i feel like i have never done (in those 8 yrs), it has been such a significant improvement (which you feel the effect weeks after you start). I had severe back/jaw pain with these headaches which is now practically gone, my headaches have decreased so much in severeity (not gone)...I haven't felt so "normal" in ages....i really hope people here find such relief like i have........
