Recommendation for Doc in Massachusetts

Hi All,

I have had a constant daily headache for 5 years. I have been to neurologists, ent's, dentists, acupuncturists and chiropractors. I have been prescribed numerous meds: cymbalta, nortriptyline, topamax, valium, klonipin, flexerel, and fioricet. I cannot take nsaids due to ulcerative colitis. The only thing that works for me is percocet (which I was prescribed for wisdom tooth removal). No doctor will prescribe it due to abuse issues and rebound effects I guess. But the bottom line is I have not taken it in weeks so rebound is not the issue and I am a professional with a graduate degree and a married mother of two young children, not a drug addict, for god's sakes. The reason I am writing is because I am praying that someone out there can recommend a doc in or near Massachusetts that understands people can be on maintenance doses of opiates without being addicts or whatever. I am seriously at my wits end with this pain. If I do not find help from a doc who understands soon, I may just lose it and give up. I can't live like this anymore. Can anyone help???
