Alright I'll try to explain this the best that I can.
about 4 or 5 weeks ago these "headaches" started, on the right side near the middle I would feel these pains but only if I would bend my head back or held my breath (or in some cases sang a high note....I kind of do choir.). I wasn't sure what to make of it and thought it was probably just allergies or something.
I should also mention during this time I was donating plasma twice a week and also consume caffeine (college life) from day to day so as the pain continued I thought maybe this was what was leading to these pains.
Soon the pain got worse, any time I would swallow I'd feel it, it was worse in the morning. But later in the day it would be gone, I could have Lunch and dinner and even exercise with no problems. To deal with this I stopped donating plasma and consuming caffeine hoping it would go away.
And it did, it was about 2 weeks since I had donated or drank anything with caffeine (had a huge all around headache for about a day after I stopped with caffeine but that's natural.) and I was okay.
about a few days ago I decided to have a few diet cokes, it had been about 2 weeks and I was feeling fine but the pain came back. Not as bad as before but it's there but it feels as if it's going away again but I'm not sure what to make of it. I should also point out from time to time I get lightheaded when I'm watching TV or on the internet.
Any way right now I am in the same dilemma from before, except it hasn't gotten so bad that it hurts to swallow. I'm hoping that I'm just having some sudden bad reactions to caffeine and I should just stop drinking it completely and it's not something much worse. Sorry if my description sounds like I'm just rambling on and on I really thought I was okay but since it came back I've just been worried.
Any help is very much appreciated.
