Constant right sided numbness

Hi all, I'm wondering if anyone else has this associated with migraine?

I have numbness, head to toe on the right side of my body - it's there all the time after a migraine with aura in 2008, sometimes it's mild and managable but other times it's debilitating, painful and uncomfortable. It's ruining my life. When it's bad, like the past couple of days, I can't think straight, can't talk properly and my right side tingles, including inside my mouth and throat.

I have a spaced out head all of the time too but it fluctuates in intensity.

I've had every neurological test possible and everything is normal and there's no hints as to what is causing it but the docs keep mentioning that it sounds migrainous in nature.

But is it possible for it to be like it ALL THE TIME?

Just wonder if anyone else has heard of this. I'm considering trying the cardiology route in case it's a PFO or ASD etc.

Well this is the thing, there is no point recording myself like that because it's literally happening all the time but I don't look any different.

The numbness is constantly there but it varies in intensity - sometimes I feel like I have a migraine on top of it and get extra tingling and numbness, but only on one side of my body.

I don't look any different on the outside, my face doesn't droop or anything - however it has been noted that I have a pyramidal drift on my right arm, brisk reflexes, abnormal sensations and a positive Hoffman's sign on my right hand. So clearly a problem can be seen but nothing shows on the neurological tests.

I'm just about at the end of my tether with it, I've been like this for 21 months and at best have been told it could be caused by migraines and at worst it's all in my head (which it isn't of course).
