Pains In My Head

Please I need some answer regarding the pains I have been having in my head I was involved in a vehicle accident about 4 years ago which I had suffered with wip lash & I also hit the windscreen. I get the pains quite often especially when I sleep to much. I find this very strange now I am not sure if this is from the vehicle accident or can it be something else wrong with me. I really do need some answers Thank You
