I have been suffering from frequent headaches/migraines for about 8-10 months now. They are not 24/7, although they happen way more than they normally should. Right now I get them around 3 times a week. I have not been to a doctor yet, only because I do not have the money or insurance to pay for it. I have suffered from anxiety/panic attacks for almost 4 or 5 years now, and am thinking that this may have something to do with it, but I am not sure. Lately, the headaches feel like pressure headaches. I start off with discomfort in my lower neck(I say discomfort because it's not exactly painful, just uncomfortable), and then my temples will start to throb, as well as behind my eyes. Normally taking a washcloth, soaking it in water and lying down with it on my head helps, but doesn't completely take the pain away unless I fall asleep. I am a 23 year old female, so I'm not sure why I am having these problems. The pain is so bad every now and then that it brings on tears. I have been EXTREMELY stressed lately, which seems to worsen the migraines. I also quit smoking a month and a half ago, but I've been suffering from these migraines for much longer than that. At this moment, my temples are a little tender, but there is no headache. When I bite down, there is a faint pain in both temples, but nothing major. This is the first time I've posted anything online about these issues, but I felt it was time for me to seek help. Any advice is GREATLY appreciated.
Thanks
