First of all, my reply may be really late and you must have already gotten some help but the fact is, your post is not giving others enough pointers to help you. I have been and am in your shoes (See my signature)
Did you try anything for your migraine? If yes what. If no, you could start as simple as Advil or Aleve. It could relieve you of the pain. Vomiting is part and parcel of migraine, although everyone doesn't get it.
What did they give you in ER? Do you know that? Can you take that as Rx from your PCP?
You mentioned that you are 17 years old, could that be hormonal? If this is not the first time and only during periods, you should talk to OB/GYN.
I have also had my CT scan and MRI of my brain done for my migraine and they didn't find anything. So don't be under impression that there has to be something there all the time you have migraine. It could be an inflammation building up there over the period of time. This is my theory for my case in particular.
If this fails, I would make an appointment with a neurologist and let him/her figure it out.
I know this is very debilitating disorder so right timely attention is very important.
Finally, if this is a regular incident, maintain a diary of what you eat, when migraine occurs, how it occurs, pain level etc etc to figure out migraine trigger. Search for migraine diary or headache diary on google.
