I need help

Just suffered from my monthly migraine attack. Threw up bed ridden couldn't move or watch my kids. I feel completely hopeless and hate that I suffer from this! I am desperate for suggestions or a miracle for a cure.

Does anyone get head throbbing after a migraine attack and know why?? My husband doesn't get why I get them he needs answers too.

I am on lexapro to help curb but doesn't seem to be working ...
