Migraines/Ringing in ears

I have recently been getting ringing in my ears, mostly left ear. I have chronic intractable migraines for over 25 years. My migraines just seem to be getting worse. I see a neurologist, but haven't told him about the ringing in my ears yet, I see him March 14th. I don't have any migraine meds that are helping. I have taken all the triptans, with no success. I have tried botox injections, Nerve blocks, DHE iv protocol in the hospital, migranal nasal spray, toradol, topamax, klonopin, muscle relaxers...my list goes on. A little concerned about the ringing in my ears, but maybe it's related to the changes in the weather? Another sever storm headed our way this evening, my migraine started early 4:30am. Honestly my migraines never go completely away, they just vary from day to day as far as how sever the pain is. Neck pain, migraine and ringing in ears...going to be a rough day.
