Migraine Sufferer

Hi All,

I am a migraine sufferer since I can remember. All the test have been done, and diets was changed. Medication was prescribed, and yet as I am sitting here I have a migraine.

Sometimes like today it feels like someone is jabbing a knife in my brains. But there is something else that is mind boggling. It feels like I am getting a headache on my left side now as well, and that has never happened.

Any suggestions?

I really feel crap, this is now day 3 and my migraine has escalated. I am at work, but I can barely keep my head up. Both sides are now affected.

With regards to going to see a doc, well my financial position won't allow it. I stay in Johannesburg and medical doctors here are really expensive.

I have tried everything, I usually just drink a migraine cocktail and within a couple of hours it is gone, not this one he is tough.

My boss is going to the pharmacy now to get me some stronger pain killers, diet changes I have made. The cause I don't know can't say.

But hopefully the pain killers will help. She's also a migraine sufferer, and takes them and it works for her maybe it will work for me to.
