Dizziness before/during migraines...?

Hi everyone. I am a new member on this forum and was recently diagnosed with migraines.

I have a question for you...Does anyone else become VERY dizzy before and during their migraines? Sometimes I get so dizzy that I feel I'm going to pass out. Everything surrounding me looks like it's moving (the walls, floor, etc.), so it's hard getting around. I just wanted to make sure this dizziness is normal, because it feels quite scary when it happens and has me a little concerned. Thanks in advance to anyone who responds!

my daughter has what her doc calls vertiginous migraines - she has vertigo and sometimes it can be quite severe. Do you know what triggers your migraines? My daughter is very sensitive to motion (especially during fast action movies and also motion sickness when in back seat of car) and to flashing lights. What other migraine symptoms do you have? Do you also have pain? Have you seen an ENT to rule out any inner ear issues? I understand how scary some migraine symptoms can be - please talk about your concerns with your doc and keep us posted. When I was six years old I would get really bad headaches, it happened so often that I had to go for cat scans on my brain and did alot of testing. It got worse when I was about twelve years old to the point where I was fainting. Just before, I would start feeling nausea then started getting dizzy, and it would feel like I was staggering cause my balance was off when I tried walking. My hearing sounded as if there was a cup over my ears, then usually I would just faint, sometimes lose control of my bowels.. it hasn't happened recently but I was told they were panic and anxiety attacks...

3 days ago i was SUPER dizzy at work the room was spinning. Was way worse than being just light headed. Now the day after dizzyness i have a very very bad migrane . This is day 2 and nothing will releave the throbbing head pain. Sounds like what you went through . Do you have any suggestions? I have no insurance till january and er wont/cant do anything .
