For the past couple of days, I've been experiencing these odd headaches. These 'headaches' are so bizarre that I'm not even sure if I can describe them as headaches - my brain just feels clogged, heavy and I feel pressure and slight pain in the right side of my head. This pressure extends to my right eye and nose bridge area. But other than that, I haven't had head splitting pain yet.
For background info, about two weeks ago (July 13) I went to the doctors because I had a bit of a Diabetes scare (runs deep in my dad's side of the family); turns out I was just suffering from dehydration as I tested negative for both Type 1 & 2. Nevertheless, my stress and anxiety reached an all time high and last week I started to break out all over my face and rash.
Around Thursday or Friday, that's when I started noticing these weird headaches. Me being the paranoid hypochondriac that I am jumped to worse possible conclusion: brain tumor. And now I've had something new to stress about. I've found more information about Migraines and while I think I've found what I'm suffering from (PMS Migraines - I started my period the day after the headache), I'm still unsure because I don't have symptoms like nausea, blurry vision, or even a severe headache. Just to make sure, I set up another appointment with my doctor for a full body check up this Thursday; I want to know what's going on, what she might think is causing this headache, and ways to prevent them from happening. But for now, I'd like to know YOUR opinions. I really would like to relax and not stress over this as I am 24/7 nowadays which is driving me (and my mother) insane. She's thinking about getting me psychiatrist because this can't be good for my mental health.
