Hi, 3 days ago I got a headache, which is unusual for me as I don't get them at all, when I was a child I suffered from chronic migraines, and was given an injection (no idea what) and have not had any migraines or headaches since.
The pain is in a very specific point, I'm not sure how to explain it, but when the pain comes on its like I can feel the outline of the area affected, it is towards the front on the left side, and the area affected feels about the size of golf ball, but not spherical. (I realize the brain itself cannot feel pain, but it sure feels like it can!)
The pain is usually a dull to moderate ache, but can disappear for a couple of hours or after sleep, but it also randomly becomes a stabbing pain, which only lasts for a couple of seconds, and then returns to the stronger ache and slowly returns to dull to moderate ache.
The dull ache is made worse by coughing or moving my head the wrong way.
When the dull ache is present I also notice myself lose concentration occasionally to the point that I lose a few seconds where I was not really aware of what was going on around me and my eyes are out of focus.
my concentration is also down in general, as I appear to be having trouble with things I didn't in the past (reverse parking).
Just now, I noticed it feels as if something weird is up with my left eye, and the left side of my lip feels numb...
I also managed to knock my finger (nothing serious), yet a spark of pain shot up my left arm almost like pins and needles, and while the pain passed fast, it now feels.. weaker...
Thoughts / Ideas / Feedback is appreciated.
