I found a new App called Pain Coach:
where it is like a diary where you keep track of everything from pain level to how you feel to what you ate ,exercise, triggers and a whole lot more. I wanted to share, I didn't know if others had saw this Free App. Find it on ITunes or Web MD, or Play store. I really liked this because I can have it right on my phone and it goes right with me to all my appointment and I don't have to remember to grab my notebook.
