I had no idea how harmful Aspartame is until this past Summer. FYI, it's a neurotoxin in so many of our drinks and food items (6000+ and counting). Aspartame hides under about
a dozen names, to trick and fool consumers into buying "safe to consume" processed food products.
Google the dangers involved with this artificial sweetener and you'll be as shocked and outraged as I was, we are all ingesting this chemical on a daily basis and often times, we don't even realize it.
I no longer have headaches, used to wake up with them, go to sleep with them, etc. First time in 42 years! I also gave up caffeine but I had given up caffeine in the past (for pregnancies but still had headaches).
I swear I had no idea how toxic Aspartame truly is.
You have nothing to lose by going off Aspartame and it's pseudo names (second most common name is Phenylalanine). BTW, don't dismiss this topic by saying to yourself, I don't drink diet sodas so I know I'm not ingesting Aspartame. Think again, it's in practically everything. It might be easier to list what it's not in.
