Hi
I wonder could anyone help me 6 weeks ago I felt this funny sensation like wind in my ear at the same time severe dizziness and what I can only describe a some kind of episode it stared like someone had turn on a tap of hot water inside my face it ran down my neck into my arms felt like I was paralysed I know I wasn't it only lasted seconds since then been to emergency room twice GP four times no MRI done they said there was no indicators of stroke i also felt like I couldn't move my hands 6 weeks later I am barely making it through the day even as I'm writing g this I'm off balance not vertigo suffered with that before this is like disorinantated sharp pain top right of head nausea jittery feeling
ECG extra heartbeat
Slightly high bp
Neck xray normal
Help

Maybe think about going to see an ENT. Some kind of inner ear infection or problem would explain a lot of your symptoms. I know you said you don't think it's vertigo and that you have dealt with that before, but different problems in the inner ear will produce different symptoms, etc.

That's what I would do if I were you. Whether you take my advice or not, I really hope you get to the bottom of this and find some relief soon!
