What would you suggest next?

I feel like it's an impossibly never ending battle. I've had cluster migraines for over a decade, I can't figure out what to do about them and they seem to be getting worse. For me, they feel like intense sinus headaches, focusing the pain behind my right eye and they are every single day.

I've had CT scans, I've had allergy testing, I've seen multiple ENTs, I've tried fioracet (which helps for a short period) and Maxalt (which is about 50/50 on effectiveness but always makes me nauseous), I've tried various homeopathic remedies, as well as herbal, vitamin supplements, mineral supplements...

I'm so sick all the time, my doctor doesn't seem to be getting any where and I was just wondering if someone could help me figure out a next step.

Do you have any upper neck tension and or pain? A lot of specialists are quick with the prescription pad but dont look far enough outside the circle. The upper neck can be a source of head aches.
