well i just go a new job that pays really well the only down side is that is is 3rd shift, full time and i am a full time student so i need to figure out a way to shift my sleep cycle without triggering a migraine since one of my migraines can last a week and i start work in a week and school in three days i can ill afford one.
i am on preventative medication that i am supposed to take at night before i go to bed (topamax 50mgs)
right now my plan is to each night or morning rather go to bed later each night but don't let myself oversleep and take my medication before i go to bed just like i am supposed to but i was wondering if that is my best option or maybe there is a better one
