Hello,
Please advice me, I have been having a headache every month for the last two years. The headache begins close to my menstrual cycle days and goes on for 3-4 days. I have seen my GP on numerous occasions but i think he is fed up seeing me so i have stopped going. He called it a tension headache and advised me to relax and stop stressing myself. I try not to but now i am convinced that this is not ordinary. The headache is always on my right temple and there is always a throbbing that makes even my right eye feel like there is a pressure behind my eye. My right nostril during these days also feels congested and i have sometimes woken up in the morning with a blocked nose. Am i being a hypochondriac or is there really something wrong and am i going to one day never recover from? I am really concerned about this but i am not willing to go back to the GP just to see the same pissed off look on his face; i also know they talk to each other so there is no reason to go elsewhere.
HELP confused
Thank you
